Terms of Service
General
1. I can draw various types of bodies along with species
2. Commissions will be completed in the order they are requested.
3. I have absolute rights over the commission.
4. I have the right to use discarded ideas, you will only receive the number you purchased.
5. I do not allow my services to be turned into NFTs or processed through AI. If this
happens, you will be added to my blacklist.
6. Services are not to be delivered/requested by individuals on my blacklist.
7. I reserve the right to reject a commission if it is uncomfortable or for other reasons.
8. Please inform me beforehand if your commission includes NSFW themes or
fetishes.
- By requesting information about NSFW commissions you affirm that you are of legal age.
- NSFW commissions have an additional 20% fee, and commissions with fetishes
may have a maximum 60% fee.
9. My style is somewhat stylized, so please keep that in mind when requesting NSFW artwork.

• COMMISSIONS

Considerations for Illustration Commissions
1. Does not include complete custom changes of clothing, hair, etc.
2. You are entitled to a maximum of two drastic changes and small changes maximum are four per section:
- WIP (work in progress) shots, usually three: Conceptual pose,detail anatomy,flatcolors
- An extra charge is made for changes to previous sections.
3. A simple custom background and simple or medium perspective at no extra charge

Considerations for Custom Desing Commissions
1. The price is negotiable if you want to add this format to your illustration.
2. You get by default a Fullbody flatcolor along with color palette
- You can get a version with simple lights at no extra cost.
- You can add extra things to make it a complete reference at an extra cost.
2. This option includes more changes than a usual commission:

5. If you buy commercial use you get all the monetary benefits. For this case the rules are as follows,do not raise prices without justification, always give me credit, People on my blacklist are not allowed to pass, It is also not allowed using in IAS/NFT

• IMPORTANT POINST TO NOTE

- Please try to answer all questions and provide examples or references.
- You may post the completed commission with the necessary credits.
- Prices may increase for characters with intricate or complex designs.
- There may be some changes after the initial sketch, during the lineart stage. I will
provide screenshots of the progress.
- If you cancel before the lineart or coloring stage, you cannot use any screenshots I
sent you.
- Radical changes after delivering the final result will incur additional charges.
- Delivery time depends on the complexity of the artwork. If there are any delays or
issues, I will inform you promptly. The minimum delivery time is two week and the
the maximum is two months. can be delivered well before the maximum time
- If you do not trust me, please do not commission me.
- If there is any problem with the shipment to the indicated platform, Please tell me and I will try
to resolve the problem. If you receive the commission and do not contact me, I will
assume you received it.
- After receiving it, I am not responsible for continuing to keep the drawing, take care of it.
- I usually work on canvases of 2045x2045, but if you request another service, you are
free to choose a different size.
- If I do not respond to your private messages, it is because I am busy or did not
receive a notification. I am not ignoring you.

• PAYMENT TERMS

- I currently accept COP and USD.
- Payment is required upfront. I have references and examples to confirm if my style
suits your needs.
- Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirming the order. Exceptions can be
made if you privately communicate your situation.
- No refund is given after payment
- Refunds are only made if the artist does not contact us within the estimated delivery period,Minimum 30% refund if the sketch has already started, 100% refund if nothing has started yet

• TERMS OF USE

As an artist, I can:
- Display and use the illustrations as promotional or exclusive content
- Show the procedure to the general public
As a client, you can:
- You can use the work I did for you on any network, Don't forget to give the respective credits.
It is not allowed to:
- Earn any kind of monetary income if you do not pay for commercial use.
- Modify or alter the details of the illustration (for example, recoloring a part or using a filter to the point of being unrecognizable)
- Tracing (for example, if
you commission a sketch and then ask another artist to clean it up and finish it).
- Removing watermarks/signature or claiming credit for the art/desing is also not allowed.

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of use stated here. I am not responsible if you choose not to read or give importance to these terms.
