Terms of Service
General
1. Commissions will be completed in the order they are requested.
2. I have absolute rights over the commission.
3. Services are not to be delivered/requested by individuals on my blacklist.
4. I may post the commissioned work, but if you have any concerns, please let me know beforehand.
5. I reserve the right to reject a commission if it is uncomfortable or for other reasons.

• ILLUSTRATOR COMMS

Considerations for Illustration Commissions
1. The following will be provided:
- WIP (work in progress) shots, usually three: quick concept, sketch, lineart + base color.
- You can request changes during each WIP stage, but drastic changes or requests
from a previous WIP will incur additional charges.
2. My style is somewhat stylized, so please keep that in mind when requesting NSFW artwork.
3. I do not draw NSFW loli-shota, feral, or real people in erotic situations. I also do not
draw characters with morbid obesity.
4. I do draw various body types (chubby, curvy, muscular), various species (furry:
birds, reptiles; humans or humanoids), simple perspective, and simple-medium backgrounds.
5. Please inform me beforehand if your commission includes NSFW themes or
fetishes.
- NSFW-related information will not be provided unless specifically requested.
- NSFW commissions have an additional 20% fee, and commissions with fetishes
may have a maximum 50% fee.

• CUSTOM COMMS

Considerations for Custom Desing Commissions
1. I have the right to use discarded ideas, but you will only receive the number of
designs you purchased.
2. Any discarded ideas cannot be plagiarized, as I retain full rights to the designs I
create.
3. You cannot use the design for any purpose other than reselling; resale must be at a
fixed price and not through auction to prevent price inflation.
4. If you purchase for commercial use, you can profit from the design, but you must
still give credit, not share it with individuals on my blacklist, and not use it for
IAS/NFT purposes.
5. If you do not buy commercial use, you only have the right to have it passed through
toyhouse, it will have my regular adoption rules

• IMPORTANT POINST TO NOTE

- Please try to answer all questions and provide examples or references.
- Payment is required upfront. I have references and examples to confirm if my style
suits your needs.
- You may post the completed commission with the necessary credits.
- Prices may increase for characters with intricate or complex designs.
- There may be some changes after the initial sketch, during the lineart stage. I will
provide screenshots of the progress.
- If you decide to cancel the commission after the sketch, there will be no refund.
- If you cancel before the lineart or coloring stage, you cannot use any screenshots I
sent you.
- Delivery time depends on the complexity of the artwork. If there are any delays or
issues, I will inform you promptly. The minimum delivery time is one week and the
the maximum is two months. can be delivered well before the maximum time
- If you do not trust me, please do not commission me.
- If there are any issues with sending the commission via Discord, I will send it to you
via email or another platform with good image quality. Please contact me, and I will try
to resolve the problem. If you receive the commission and do not contact me, I will
assume you received it.
- I usually work on canvases of 2045x2045, but if you request another service, you are
free to choose a different size.
- If I do not respond to your private messages, it is because I am busy or did not
receive a notification. I am not ignoring you.
- I do not allow my drawings to be turned into NFTs or processed through AI. If this
happens, you will be added to my blacklist.

• PAYMENT TERMS

- Payment must be sent within 24 hours after confirming the order. Exceptions can be
made if you privately communicate your situation.
- I currently accept Colombian pesos and US dollars.
- No refunds will be issued if you cancel.
- There will be no refunds if you are not satisfied with the final result.
- Radical changes after delivering the final result will incur additional charges.
- I accept illustration commissions with references, such as poses, character images,
and established color palettes. I can make an illustration without the above provided, but you will be charged extra and treated as custom design + illustration
- After providing the commission information and if it meets my criteria, I will accept
the order. After payment, I will add it to my pending orders list.

• TERMS OF USE

As an artist, I can:
- Use the commissioned work to promote my art, both sketches and final pieces. If
you have any concerns about this, please let me know during the commission
process.
As a client, you can:
- Use the illustration for personal use (non-profit/commercial), but you cannot make
money from it unless you paid for that purpose.
- Repost the art on other websites, giving me credit. You can use it as decoration on
your social media, profile picture, icon, etc.
It is not allowed to:
- Modify or alter the details of the illustration. Tracing is not permitted (for example, if
you commission a sketch and then ask another artist to clean it up and finish it).
Removing watermarks/signature or claiming credit for the art is also not allowed.

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of use stated here. I am not responsible if you choose not to read or give importance to these terms. Exceptions can be made if there is a private conversation during the commission process where both parties agree to certain changes.
